7 Root Causes of Declining Health and Weight Gain

1. Over-dependence on Conventional Medicine – is in many cases the main hindrance keeping people from attaining and maintaining excellent health. Many of the methods of conventional medicine such as vaccines, pharmaceutical drugs, mammograms, chemotherapy, radiation, surgeries, etc., DO NOT aid your body in building health, nor do they cure disease/sickness. Drugs often inhibit the ability of your body to feel the effects of the symptoms. They negatively alter natural bodily functions and cause many detrimental side effects. Rather than addressing the root cause, they simply turn the pathway off, like turning off your cars automatic trouble indicator.

2. Uncontrolled Thoughts and Emotions – Toxic thoughts, lead to toxic words and/or emotions, which lead to toxic responses and behaviors, which in turn cause the brain to release toxic chemicals which harm the body. All negative thoughts, unforgiveness, fear, worry, anxiety, depression, anger, bitterness, hatred, resentment, jealousy, self-doubt, guilt, and pride are all areas of toxic thinking that you can overcome as you pursue wholeness in mind and body.

3. 4. Toxin Overload – Man-made chemicals and heavy metals found in air, food, water, commercial fertilizers, pesticides, pharmaceutical drugs, personal care products, household and industrial cleaners/products, mercury fillings, plastics, non-stick cookware, as well as many other sources, are overwhelming and aggravating our immune systems causing auto-immune responses, and many other misunderstood diseases. Also, pathogenic organisms can thrive amid a compromised immune system.

5. Nutritional Deficiencies – The toxic, depleted diet of fast foods, most restaurant foods, and highly processed foods are severely lacking in vitamins, minerals, phyto-nutrients, enzymes, fiber, and quality protein; and they also contain man-made chemicals, preservatives, and toxins which deprive our bodies of good health. Our bodies then, craving for nutrients, often drive us to overeat. All of this over-consumption leads to excessive insulin, excessive fat storage, and more health problems.

6. Sedentary Lifestyle – Low energy, a stagnant lymphatic system, a lack of oxygen in the cells, weak bones, and weight gain are just a few of the manifestations of a sedentary lifestyle
