Recipe for Pre-soaked, Crispy Raw Nuts:

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups raw nuts or seeds of choice
  • 2 tsp. Himalayan salt
  • 4 cups purified water

Directions:

  • Place 4 cups raw nuts and 2 teaspoons Himalayan salt in 4 cups purified water.
  • Soak nuts on counter at room temperature for 7-10 hours.
  • Drain them, spread them out on a stainless steel cookie sheet or on any sheet covered with a piece of parchment paper, and then heat/dehydrate them at 150 degrees for about 12 hours until they are fully dried and crispy.
  • Most oven can be set to 150, but if not, then use the lowest setting possible. Otherwise, it is best to use a dehydrator for about 10 hours.
