The ARC-7 Lifestyle Transformation System

This system is a summation of our continued research and experience in the field of natural health and healing since 1994. It is a whole new approach to personal healthcare, utilizing an effective system of self-care, with guided help and direction. It challenges the current health paradigm, encouraging you to address the root causes of most disease, and to trust your own ability to improve your health, rather than your conventional doctor or the conventional medical system. It has been well documented and proven, through epigenetics, that your lifestyle habits and environment will be the main factors responsible for determining your genetic expression, and therefore your level of health, both now and in the future. You have the power to develop 7 healthy lifestyle habits that will program your cells to function above your genetic blueprint. They will activate your health-producing genes and de-activate your disease-producing genes, which will ultimately result in a lifetime of optimal health.

OPTIMAL HEALTH DEFINED

Our definition of optimal health is to wake up after a peaceful, uninterrupted night of sleep, feeling refreshed, alert, energized, pain-free, and ready to tackle all the challenges of the day. You continue throughout your day with vitality, energy, strength, endurance, and mental alertness, accomplishing everything that you have set out to do with focused energy and excellence – again without ANY pain or physical discomfort. You rarely experience colds, flus, headaches, backaches, stomach aches, or any sickness. You are at your ideal weight, have good muscle tone, and your skin, hair and nails look healthy. Your appetite is under control, because you are optimally nourished; your hormones are balanced; and your blood sugar is within normal range. You’re able to enjoy participating wholeheartedly in the things that you love to do for fun and recreation, even the things you used to enjoy when you were a child, because you still have plenty of energy, stamina, flexibility & strength. You rarely, if ever, have need of medication or over-the-counter drugs or prescription drugs; and you rarely, if ever, need surgery, except in the case of rare genetic conditions or traumatic injury.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE ARC-7 SYSTEM

There are no short cuts to achieving permanent lifestyle change. The ARC-7 Lifestyle Transformation is a 6-month journey where you will be introduced to 7 healthy lifestyle habits in detail, and then encouraged to begin practicing them in some small way, shape, or form. You will then be encouraged to keep growing in each of those habits at your own pace. By the end of 6 months, they will be fixed and automatic.

 

According to neuroscientist Dr. Caroline Leaf, a new habit can be formed in as little as 21 days, but it takes a total of three 21-day cycles (63 days) to solidify it for life. Taking this into account, you will have more than enough time to ensure that all 7 habits are practiced for at least 63 days to ensure permanent change. During your Lifestyle Transformation journey, you can expect the following:

 

You will take responsibility for your health by making a commitment to self-educate and to apply what you learn incrementally with self-monitoring and accountability.

You will learn how to effectively release toxic emotions and thinking patterns, and how to nurture your soul, and how to consciously control and transform your thought processes to help you thrive!

You will address, improve, and maintain hydration.

You will learn how to identify and effectively reduce incoming toxins and how to accelerate the removal of stored toxins in your body.

You will learn how to optimally nourish your body by focusing on the Quality of your food, the Timing in which you eat it, and the Balance in which you eat it – from protein, carbs, fats, and fiber.

You will learn how to maximize your movement, with sustainable exercise options that will target and improve your cardiovascular system, your flexibility, and your strength in as little as 7-10 minutes a day.

You will learn how to improve the quality of your sleep, discover the benefits of getting at least 7 hours of sleep each night, and be strongly encouraged to get your minimum.

 

By the end of your 6-month ARC-7 lifestyle transformation journey, if you follow the plan as outlined, the behaviors you get encouraged to practice will be permanent habits. As you continue practicing these habits, you will continue to reverse any pre-existing health problems and to prevent any future health problems from arising.

How the Habit Formation System Was Developed

As we set out to discover how we could become more effective at helping people develop permanent lifestyle habits, we began to carefully study and experiment with the works of habit formation experts like James Clear (Atomic Habits) andDr. BJ Fogg (Tiny Habits), Neuroscience experts like Dr. Caroline Leaf (Think & Eat Yourself Smart), and world-changing authors like Dr. Steven Covey (The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People). We also gleaned from high achievers and personal development experts like Tony Robbins, Terri Savelle, Steve Harvey, and Jack Canfield; and participated in various online business courses to help us determine which strategies and tools we would use to best accomplish our main objective. In conclusion, our ARC-7 Lifestyle Transformation System was developed and based on the works of many experts, utilizing a combination of habit-forming strategies that have been tested, tried, and proven to result in long-term behavior change. This system uses the incremental approach to helping you make these healthier lifestyle changes, one small step at a time.

Incrementalism Works

One of the principles we learned about successful habit development is that small, incremental changes reap the biggest results. The easier the habit is, the more likely you will be able to do it. When it comes to adding new behaviors to your life, less is more, and slow is fast. We have learned over the years that no matter how highly motivated someone begins their lifestyle transformation journey, when they take on too much, too quickly, 99 percent of the time they are unable to maintain what they have begun. By slowly learning, practicing, and creating habits a little at a time, your chances of success are almost guaranteed. Suppose you are highly motivated to get in the shape of your life, and you are determined to lose all your excess padding no matter what. You are totally serious this time. After years of living a sedentary life, you decide to go the gym every day at 5:00 a.m. to participate in a one-hour Zumba class, followed by an hour of body sculpting with weights, and then ending with an hour of yoga and active isolated stretching. Even though your readiness for change is at 100%, how long do you really think you could maintain this exercise plan? Too much, too fast, is a recipe for failure. The most effective way to take control of your health is by making changes, little bits at a time, every single day. We want you to experience success continually. This will become the greatest motivation you can give yourself to stay on course.

 

Small lifestyle changes can make a huge difference in anyone’s health, if they are practiced consistently. Before long, you will have turned them into lifelong habits. Remember the Tortoise and the Hare? A slow and steady stride got the tortoise to the finish line quicker than the sprinting hare. Small but consistent, steady progress every single day in each of these 7 habits is what we encourage everyone to aim for. It must be achievable, sustainable, and rewarding for it to continue for the rest of your life.

Bioindividuality Is Included

While the end goal is the same for everyone, it’s not a one-size-fits-all plan where everyone does the exact same thing at the same time, or at the same pace. There are clear instructions given for practicing and growing in each of the 7 habits, but there are various options to choose from depending on personal preferences, time restraints, ambition, self-efficacy, and ability.

 

We have come to realize that somebody’s “slow” may be somebody else’s “fast”, and certain people are able to change faster in some areas than others. For example, one person may be willing to eat fish 2-3 times per week to get their weekly recommended amounts of essential omega-3 fatty acids in, while somebody else may almost vomit at the thought of eating fish, so they would prefer to take a high-quality fish oil supplement. In this plan, we lay out the main goals, but the specifics are left to you. You oversee your health, and we are here to help give you guidance, support, and accountability as you go through the process of growth and change.

Two Phases of the ARC-7 System

We have divided the lifestyle transformation journey into two phases. Each phase totals 3 months and includes a series of one-hour group coaching sessions. In Phase 1 there will be designated weeks that you will receive a combination of reading materials, and audio or video teachings relating to one or more of the 7 habits. After you have covered the materials, you’ll be asked to locate where you are in each of those habits. After taking an honest assessment of where you are regarding the habit being covered, you will be called to action and asked to commit to one small, new actionable step pertaining to that habit. You will then have at least one full week to implement, document, self-monitor your progress, and share that actionable step until your next coaching session, where you will receive additional accountability, guidance, encouragement, and support. This process will repeat itself until all 7 habits have been sufficiently covered and successfully practiced in some small way.

 

In Phase II, the information weeks drop off, but the coaching sessions, self-monitoring, encouragement, guidance, support, and online, daily accountability continue for an additional 3 months. These 3 additional months will give you plenty of time to practice your habits, ensuring they are fixed and permanent.

There are Two Coaching Options for the ARC-7 Lifestyle Transformation System – Group Coaching or Personal One-on-One Coaching

6-Month ARC-7 Lifestyle Transformation System with Group Coaching – $700

This can be divided into 2 equal payments of $350 due at the onset of phase 1 and phase 2 of your lifestyle transformation journey, or it can be paid in 6 monthly payments of $135, due on the first scheduled coaching day of every month. For each $350 payment you make at the onset of phases 1 and/or 2, you will receive a bonus 25-minute personal coaching sessions with Roxanne to be redeemed during each phase that you pay the $350. If you are able to pay the $700 in full at the onset of your journey, you will receive two bonus 25-minute personal coaching sessions in Phase 1 and two bonus 25-minute personal coaching sessions in Phase 2.

 

The group coaching option provides a wonderful opportunity for you to experience the power of community, with a group of up to 10 like-minded people, sharing similar goals and traveling on the same journey. It becomes a place where you can learn and grow through other people’s experiences, celebrate each other’s successes, and hear the unique perspectives and insights of others. Although you are all given the same information and moved together at the same pace, there is still room for bio-individuality. During the first 3 months, everyone for the most part will follow the same pre-determined plan, with slight variations in intensity and duration. During the next 3 months, each person will take more ownership of their health journey and will be encouraged to determine the specifics of their own weekly actionable steps, depending on their level of readiness, their ability, and their own personal preference. The journey includes personal, on-line accountability via the mobile app or email form recommended, along with 18 live, group coaching sessions, meeting for one hour via Zoom, with a call-in option for those unable to participate with Zoom. If paid in full, you will receive an additional personal one-hour bonus coaching session in person or via Zoom.

 

ARC-7 System with Personal Coaching Option $1,200

The first $600 payment is due at the onset of the ARC-7 Lifestyle Transformation System.  The second $600 payment is due at the halfway point on the first session of month 4. If paid in full, you receive a one hour personal bonus coaching session in person or via Zoom.

 

While personal coaching lacks the varied perspectives and community support of 10 other people, it  definitely has its benefits. With this option, your lifestyle transformation journey can be tailor made to completely go at your own pace, and to meet your bio-individual needs in a greater dimension. This option is great for those struggling with more challenging physical or mental health conditions, and for those who prefer a more personalized experience over the community setting.
