- 4-6 oz. Organic plain Greek yogurt – Sweeten and flavor with Sweet Leaf Stevia and vanilla, lemon or maple extract for different flavors. Add up to a cup of organic berries of choice and an optional TB of organic chia seeds or ground flaxseeds or Hemp seeds.
- Celery sticks or cucumber spears, cauliflower florets, 1 small organic apple, or 1 small banana smeared with 1 tsp. of organic nut butter or generously dipped in 1/4 cup Defatted Peanut Butter Dip (found below).
- 2 hard boiled eggs with low starch vegetables of choice
- Avocado lettuce wraps or psyllium/egg wraps with sea salt and or pico de gallo.
- handful of almonds (preferably pre-soaked then dried and salted) w/ raw vegetables of choice
- raw vegetables and 1/4 cup of hummus dip
- cheese stick with raw vegetables of choice
- 2 slices of Nitrate-free, uncured deli meat wrapped in lettuce or psyllium/egg wrap w/ 1 tsp mayo
- strawberry, choc. or vanilla shake made w unsweetened almond milk & stevia
- 3 Egg whites scrambled w/ low starch vegetables cooked w/ coconut spray
- 1 cup of bone broth
Defatted Peanut Butter Dip
- 1/4 cup organic defatted peanut flour
- 3 Tbsp. water
- pinch of mineral salt (to taste)
- Sweet leaf caramel stevia to taste
