Super Blueberry/Kale Smoothie
- Blend the following ingredients in blender:
- 4oz. grass-fed kefir (unsweetened, preferably goat)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk or water
(or 2-3TB full-fat canned coconut milk plus 8oz. water) - ½-1 cup organic blueberries
- 1 cup organic kale – fresh or frozen
- 1 TB organic golden flaxseeds or chia seeds or
- 1 TB organic virgin coconut oil or MCT oil
- 1/2 tsp. organic cinnamon
- 6 or more drops of Sweet Leaf Berry stevia extractOr 1 packet of Sweet Leaf Stevia(or 1 TB pure, dried, green leaf stevia, cut/sifted)
Add any of the following options for a complete meal:
- 1-2 scoops of Shaklee’s 100% grass-fed vanilla whey or Life Shakes (10-20 g protein)
- 2/3 cup organic plain Greek yogurt 14-15g protein
- 3/4 cup organic cottage cheese 14 g protein
Super Strawberry/Spinach Smoothie
- Blend the following ingredients in blender:
- 4oz. grass-fed plain kefir (preferably goat) 4-5g protein
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk or water
(or 2-3TB full-fat canned coconut milk plus 8oz. water) - 1 cup organic strawberries
- 1 cup organic spinach – fresh or frozen
- 1 TB organic golden flaxseeds
- 1-2 TB organic virgin coconut oil or MCT oil
- 1/2 tsp. organic cinnamon
- 6 or more drops of Sweet Leaf Berry stevia extract
- Or 1 packet of Sweet Leaf stevia
(or 1 TB pure, dried, green leaf stevia, cut/sifted)

Super Cottage Berry Smoothie
- Blend the following ingredients in blender:
- 3/4cup organic cottage cheese 14g protein
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup organic strawberries
- 1 TB organic golden flaxseeds
- 1 TB organic virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pinch high mineral sea salt
- 6 or more drops of Sweet Leaf Berry stevia extract

Super Chocolate/PB Smoothie
- Blend the following ingredients in blender:
