7 Healthy Habits Integrative Health Coaching

What is an integrative health coach?

An integrative health coach uses a holistic, multidimensional approach to helping their clients achieve their health goals, by addressing and bringing attention to every area of their life which impacts their health – their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical state. They are also rooted in the belief that there is no “one size fits all” approach to healthcare, because all of us come from varying backgrounds with varying needs, and varying preferences, etc. We are bio-individual beings with bio-individual needs. A pregnant woman’s needs differ from a menopausal woman’s needs, just as a body builder’s needs differ from an obese person’s needs. An integrative health coach will consider the bio-individual needs of their clients as they help them make changes that are specifically suited for them and able to be sustained for the long haul.

What can I do for you as your health coach?

Whether you are being coached through our ARC-7 Lifestyle Transformation System or for another specific health need, as your health coach, I will be fully committed to helping you achieve your health goals. Each coaching session will provide a safe place for you to ask for insight or guidance, or to share your thoughts, concerns, or struggles with – free of criticism or judgement. I will acknowledge your efforts, actively listen to your needs, and do my best to help you come up with new action plans for the week that will target your goals and prevent setbacks. I’ll celebrate each victory with you, no matter how small, even the victory of discovering something new about yourself because of a setback. Perceived failures usually lead to personal discoveries that can be made no other way. Thus, they are not really failures, but steppingstones to more personal discovery, which is progress. As your health coach, I would be able to help you view matters through a different perspective and perhaps help you discover some of the reasons why you get stuck, which will result in preventing similar situations from happening again in the future. I will also help you to identify & eliminate any self-limiting beliefs, to navigate through different health options, to get clear on your goals, to get clear on your motivation for change, and to trust your own inner genius. I will continually remind you to trust yourself. You are your own best doctor and know yourself better than anyone. I will call you to commit to an action that you decide during each session, making sure it is small enough to be achievable, and then follow-up in the next session, to see how you did. This accountability is a tremendous help for behavior change.

7 Healthy Habits Health Coach Offerings 2025

If you are interested in signing up for any of the following coach offerings, you must first complete the health history form found below, and then schedule a complimentary personal consultation appointment with me through the Book Now button also found below. The consultation can be done in person when possible or virtually through Zoom. During the consultation, I will review your health history form with you, and make sure I am clear on your health goals. At this point, we can both determine if the options I offer will be a good fit for you, and if so, which one.

6 Month Plans – Personal Coaching

  • 24 Weekly 25-minute Sessions

    $100/month

    This option includes 24 total one-on-one, 25-minute health coaching sessions, meeting 4 times per month for 6 months. The monthly cost is $100 due on the first session of every month. The total fee for the 6-month program is $600.00. If paid in full, you receive a 55-minute bonus coaching session.

  • 12 Bi-monthly 25-minute Sessions

    $50/month

    This option includes 12 total one-on-one, 25-minute health coaching sessions, meeting two times per month, for 6 months. The fee is $50 per month due on the first session of every month, for a total of $300. If paid in full, you receive a 25-minute bonus coaching session.

  • 12 Bi-monthly 55-minute Sessions

    $100/month

    This option includes 12 total one-on-one, 55-minute health coaching sessions, meeting two times per month for 6 months. The fee is $100 per month due on the first session of every month, for a total of $600. If paid in full, you receive a 55-minute bonus coaching session.

3-Month Plans – Personal Coaching

  • 12 Weekly 25-minute Sessions

    $100/month

    This option includes 12 total one-on-one, 25-minute health coaching sessions, meeting 4 times per month for 3 months. The fee is $100 per month due on the first session of every month, for a total of $300. If paid in full, you receive a 25-minute bonus coaching session.

  • 6 Weekly 25-minute Sessions

    $50/month

    This option includes 6 total one-on-one, 25-minute health coaching sessions, meeting 2 times per month for 3 months. The fee is $50 per month due on the first session of every month, for a total of $150. If paid in full, you receive a 25-minute bonus coaching session.

Note: For the weekly option, clients are scheduled on the same day, at the same time, every week, 4 times per month. For the bi-monthly option, clients are scheduled on the same day, at the same time, on the 1st and 3rd week or the 2nd and 4th week of every month. Included in both options, there will be daily/weekly check-ins using a mobile app for additional accountability. Weekly emails will also be sent out with valuable health-related information to keep you learning and growing while helping you to achieve your health goals. If there are 5 weeks in a month, there will be no sessions.
